Deciding between Pantyliner and Small? The main difference is absorbency – Pantyliner has 2 internal layers, while Small has 4 layers for extra absorbency.

How to Use |

1. Place the pad over the inside of underwear pattern facing down.
2. Fold wings around the outside and snap fasten.
*Organic Cotton beige side sits against the skin, not the pattern side.
**Frequency of change is similar to the use of a disposable pad (every 2-3 hours)
***Suitable underwire includes thick cotton with tight waistband in full brief, sports, boiler or hipster style.

How to Wash |

1. Rinse with cold water to remove discharge.
2. Lather with natural soap or detergent.
3. Soak in cold water, add stain remover if required. Leave for 6 hours or overnight, change water daily if soaking for longer.
4. Hand or machine wash in cold water.
5. Dry fully under the sun or indoors before storing.
