Herbal Balm | Muscle + Tension
- Gently warming herbs and essential oils of comfrey, arnica, wintergreen and rosemary. Plants traditionally used to relieve muscle tension and foster healing of muscles and tendons as a result of tears, sprains and strains.
Apply sparingly and deeply massage into tight muscles, bruised or strained joints or areas of soreness, pain and discomfort.
Suitable for children over 6 years. Not suitable for pregnancy.
We use only natural butters, oils and waxes – these ingredients are nourishing and gentle for the skin. Still, our balms may melt at higher temperatures, so please store them in a cool place (below 28°C) to maintain their creamy consistency and refrigerate if required. As with all of our products, please discontinue if you develop any irritation. Use within 6 months of opening.
Olea europaea (Olive) oil*, Butyrospermum parkii (Shea) butter*, Euphorbia cerifera (Candellia) wax, Ricinus communis (Castor) Oil*, Gaultheria procumbens (Wintergreen) essential oil, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) essential oil, Boswellia carterii (Frankincense) essential oil, Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) essential oil, Cinnamomum camphora (Camphor) essential oil and Mentha piperita (Peppermint) essential oil.
In house extracts/infusions of Symphytum officinale (Comfrey)^* and Arnica Montana (Arnica)*.

- We create and manufacture small batches in house, including our infusions and extracts with many of the flowers, leaves and roots grown here in our Apothecary Garden.
