At Mäesi Apothecary, we want your experience with us to feel simple and joyful, and for your products to arrive in perfect condition. If you have any concerns or dissatisfaction, please contact us within 30 days of placing your order at bek@maesiapothecary.com so we can work through it together.
Please note: We can only assist with items purchased directly from our website. If you bought from one of our retailers, please refer to their policies and contact them directly.
Handmade, Artisan Products
Because each product is lovingly handcrafted and unique, we are unable to accept returns. We encourage you to review our ingredients carefully before ordering, and if you have any questions or specific skin concerns, please reach out via our contact form. This helps ensure you select the right products for your skin’s unique needs.
If you are new to Maesi Apothecary, we recommend beginning with our deluxe sample - a gentle way to ease into our ritual-based skincare.
Order Cancellations + Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a credit or refund before your order ships. Please note, refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover payment processing costs.
Sensitivities + Skin Reactions
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened products due to the personal nature of skincare reactions. Everyone’s skin is unique, and sensitivities can’t always be predicted. Our full ingredient lists are available on each product page - please read these carefully before purchasing.
If you have a history of sensitive skin, we recommend a patch test: apply a small amount on the inside of your wrist for 2-3 days. If irritation or allergic reactions occur, discontinue use immediately.
Samples
Occasionally, we include free samples with online orders as a gift to you.
If you’re new to Mäesi Apothecary, we highly recommend our deluxe samples, designed to immerse you in our skincare ritual over 4–6 weeks.
