SHIPPING

All orders are carefully prepared in our private apothecary and sent via Australia Post Express with Signature on Delivery, ensuring your parcel arrives quickly and safely.

    • Processing time — Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons, sales events, or public holidays, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.

    • Delivery time — Express Post usually delivers within 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Please note, delivery time is separate from processing time.

    • Shipping cost — Express Shipping with Signature is $13. Orders over $140 receive free shipping as our gift to you.

    • Tracking — Once your order has left our apothecary, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your unique tracking number so you can follow its journey.

    • Signature on delivery — We require a signature upon delivery. Parcels will not be left unattended. If you are not home, Australia Post will leave a card with instructions for parcel collection or redelivery.

    • Address accuracy — Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

    • Lost or damaged parcels — After dispatch, Australia Post is responsible for your parcel’s safe delivery. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can support you in lodging a claim.

    • Multiple orders — Each order is processed and shipped separately to ensure freshness and care. If you place multiple orders, shipping costs apply to each.

    • Shipping locations — Currently, we ship within Australia only.
