Wholesale Terms + Conditions
ORDERING + PAYMENT
1 | All prices are in Australian dollars inclusive of GST. Our pricing is viewable via our online portal.
2 | Wholesale orders receive a discount of up to 50%, depending on the product.
3 | The minimum order amount is $250 (excluding shipping). With the following minimum order quantities (MOQ)
- Deodorant - 6 per scent
- Skincare - 4 per size/type
- Lip Balms - 6 per type
- Herbal Balms - 4 per type
- Cleansing Soaps – 10 across the collection
4 | Orders can be placed via our online portal at www.maesiapothecary.com.au using your account login.
5 | Our preferred payment method is via electronic funds transfer (EFT). We can accept payment by credit card with a 2% processing fee. Please contact us if you prefer your account to be set up this way.
CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
1 | Please contact us within 24 hours after completing your order if you would like to amend it. Once orders have shipped or packed, they cannot be cancelled or amended.
2 | We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty or not true to design, we will apply a credit or refund for the agreed products.
3 | Unsold items are not able to be refunded or exchanged.
4| Please advise on any damaged stock within 7 days of receiving your order.
HANDLING + STORAGE
As the retailer, you are responsible for ensuring our products are stored appropriately and sold within the best-before dates. All products sent will have an expiration date of at least six months.
Furthermore, we use only natural butters, oils, and waxes—these ingredients are incredibly nourishing and gentle for the skin. Still, our creams may melt at higher temperatures, so please store them in a cool place (below 28°C) to maintain their creamy consistency and refrigerate if necessary.
MERCHANDISING + SALES
1 | Our products may not be sold on third-party sites like Etsy, eBay or Amazon.
2 | All approved retailers may sell Mäesi Apothecary products on both their branded website and in-store.
3 | Stockists are responsible for managing customer complaints related to products in their retail space but are requested to keep Mäesi Apothecary informed of such issues.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped from our private apothecary in Sawyers Valley, WA 6074 using Australia Post. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $30 and automatically added to your order.
Please ensure the address is correct when ordering. Additional shipping costs will apply if an order is undeliverable and needs to be resent.
TESTERS
Testers are available when placing your order and are charged wholesale prices. If you would like a tester stickers, please add them to your cart.
PHOTOGRAPHY
You are welcome to use images on our website or social media accounts; credit us as required.
OTHER
You must provide us with your ABN to receive a wholesale discount.
We have the right to refuse or cancel a stockist's order if the stockist is misleading in any way or form. We may do this at any time if our brand is being represented in the wrong way. By ordering from Mäesi Apothecary, you accept these wholesale conditions.
