These are slowly infused into organic oils over 42 days to yield potent whole plant extracts. Whether you're navigating post-workout recovery, chronic tension, or the physical toll of everyday life, this balm honours the body's innate ability to heal and restore.

WHOLE PLANT PHILOSOPHY

- Known as "knitbone," Comfrey has been used for centuries to support muscle and tissue repair. Rich in allantoin, it works deeply to soothe inflammation and encourage the body's natural healing process.

- A beloved remedy for physical trauma, Arnica is renowned for its ability to ease bruising, swelling, and muscle soreness. Its potent anti-inflammatory properties make it a cornerstone of natural pain relief.

- A gentle yet powerful herb, Meadowsweet has long been valued for its natural analgesic qualities. It soothes aching muscles and joints, bringing quiet relief to the body with a soft, sweet presence.

- A calming and restorative herb, California Poppies works to ease tension held in both the body and mind. It gently relaxes tight muscles and supports the nervous system, encouraging a deeper sense of ease and release.

Our balm is formulated with plants grown on our land and hand-harvested at peak potency. Each one is chosen not just for tradition, but for its comfort for the body. The oils are infused over 42 days to extract a full spectrum of plant compounds.

Apply sparingly and deeply massage into tight muscles, bruised or strained joints or areas of soreness, pain and discomfort.

We use only natural butters, oils and waxes – these ingredients are nourishing and gentle for the skin. Still, our balms may melt at higher temperatures, so please store them in a cool place (below 28°C) to maintain their creamy consistency and refrigerate if required. As with all of our products, please discontinue if you develop any irritation. Use within 6 months of opening. 

With hints of Wintergreen, Frankincense and Lavender, our balms is clearing to the senses while still grounding and noushing.
